Because our products are digital downloads, all purchases are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on digital products.

Digital Product Policy

All LittleSoar products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the files are made available for download, the transaction is considered final.

Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you experience any of the following problems, please contact us and we will be happy to assist:

• You did not receive your download after purchase
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
